Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Rich Consults Inc, which offers the ScoreRich AI platform (“ScoreRich AI,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, protects, and shares information when you use our websites, applications, and services (the “Service”). Because our Service involves credit-report and identity information, we treat this data as highly sensitive. Please read this Policy carefully.
1. Information We Collect
A. Information you provide.
- Identity information: name, address, date of birth, the last four digits of your Social Security number (and, where required to authenticate with a credit provider, your full SSN), phone, and email.
- Credit-report information: tradelines, balances, account statuses, payment history, inquiries, and scores shown on the reports you upload or connect.
- Uploaded documents: identification and proof-of-address documents you provide for mailing, retained for the life of your account unless you request deletion.
- Account & billing: login credentials (stored hashed/encrypted), dispute history, letters, responses, and payment status. Full card numbers are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us.
- Communications: the content of messages, emails, chats, and support requests you send us.
B. Information from third parties. With your written instructions, credit and identity information from credit bureaus and identity-verification providers, to provide and secure the Service.
C. Information collected automatically. Usage data (pages viewed, features used), device and log data (IP address, browser, device identifiers), and information from cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).
2. How We Use Your Information
- Analyze your credit report and identify potential inaccuracies.
- Generate dispute letters and correspondence at your direction.
- Send correspondence by certified mail when you request it.
- Maintain your dispute history and paper trail for your records.
- Verify your identity, provide support, process payments, and secure the Service.
- Improve the Service, and comply with our legal obligations.
3. How We Share Your Information
We share information only with the providers needed to operate the Service, and only as needed:
- Hosting & database — to securely store your account and dispute data.
- AI processing — to analyze your report and draft letters. Report content is sent to our AI provider solely to generate your analysis and correspondence; it is not used to train third-party models.
- Certified-mail provider — to print and mail your dispute packet to the recipient you selected, when you use the mail feature.
- Payment processor — to process subscription and per-item charges.
- Email/SMS providers — to deliver your notifications.
- Credit bureaus and furnishers — recipients of the dispute correspondence you choose to send.
We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our Terms, prevent fraud or harm, or in connection with a merger or sale of assets (subject to this Policy). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share mobile phone opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, to measure and improve performance, and to understand usage. Essential cookies are required for the Service to work. You can manage non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).
5. Artificial Intelligence Features
When you use AI-powered features, we collect the content you submit, the AI output, and details of the interaction, and use them to provide and improve those features. AI output is informational and may not always be accurate or complete. We do not use your credit-report content to train third-party AI models.
6. Data Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls that scope each account’s data to that account, and encrypted storage of sensitive credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to those who need it to provide the Service.
7. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal obligations — including the record-retention requirements of the Credit Repair Organizations Act. Uploaded identification documents are retained for the life of your account unless you request deletion. You may request deletion as described below; some records may be retained where the law requires.
8. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you and request a copy.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your account and personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Opt out of marketing communications, and of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Withdraw consent and stop using the Service.
To exercise a right, contact us using the details in Section 11. We may need to verify your identity first. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. State Privacy Rights
Residents of California and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights, including to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of the sale/sharing of their personal information, and to appeal a decision on a rights request. Note that information governed by the FCRA and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act — including data obtained from or provided to a consumer reporting agency, and information in a credit report or score — is generally exempt from these state laws. To exercise state rights or appeal, contact us using Section 11.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
