Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for the ScoreRich AI Service, operated by Rich Consults Inc, which offers the product ScoreRich AI.

1. Three-Day Right to Cancel

Under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act, you have the right to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization, for any reason, within three (3) business days from the date you signed it — without penalty or obligation. If you cancel within this window, you are entitled to a full refund of any amount paid.

2. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) at the price shown when you subscribe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. When you cancel:

  • Your cancellation stops future renewals.
  • You keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for.
  • Outside the 3-business-day window above, subscription payments already made are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or approved case-by-case (see Section 4).

3. Certified-Mail Charges

Sending a dispute letter by certified mail is an optional, per-item charge shown to you before you confirm each send. Because a send commits real postage and printing the moment it is placed:

  • Charges for a letter that has already been mailed are non-refundable — the postage and printing have been spent.
  • If a send fails before the letter is produced, you are not charged, or the charge is refunded.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund or raise a billing concern, contact us through our Contact page with your account email and the charge in question. We review requests promptly and will honor all refunds required by law, including the three-day cancellation right above. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

5. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with fraudulent chargebacks.
